California recently released the official essay topics and selected answers for those topics (which can be found here). Overall, the California Bar tested 7 of 13 subjects in the essay

The Bar picked up its continued trend of testing Business Associations during the February Bar. This makes it 6 of the last 7 years that Business Associations has been tested during the February Bar (for comparison, July has only seen 2/6).
Additional notable subjects have been both Civil Procedure and Remedies, both which have been successively tested during the previous 3 years.

Overall, Business Associations and Professional Responsibility continue to be the highest subjects tested on the California Bar Exam. For comparison, Professional Responsibility and Criminal Law and Procedure are the highest during the July period.
